My Clangers Diet Worked!

Facebooktwitterpinterestrss

It worked! My Clangers Diet really worked! I lost 3.8lbs this week:

Beginning weight: 214.8 lbs
End weight: 211 lbs

Hooray for Blue String Pudding and the Soup Dragon's soup 🙂

So, How on Earth did This work?!

I believe it was a combination of a few things:

  1. My general positive attitude due to happy memories of the Clangers being relived with my own toddler (and the older kids too!)
  2. Soup really is a pretty good diet food, filling you up without adding too many calories
  3. Blue food really does put you off eating too much, even when it tastes nice
  4. Chocolate money (or in my case chocolate buttons) are a pretty good treat to keep in the fridge for a nice little pick me up that you don't eat too much of

The first week back on the wagon after a diet disaster usually does go quite well. However, the first week when Starbucks brings back the Gingerbread Latte also does, for me, tend to go quite badly 😉

So kudos to the Soup Dragon for outdoing the giant Starbucks corporation. I like that 🙂
